It is with great pleasure and pride that i welcome you to the 50th anniversary celebrations of our alma mater. Federal Government Girls college Oyo located in the historic town of Oyo State,,Nigeria.

This  momentous occasion marks half a century of excellence, growth and the cultivation of inspiring and strong, that have made significant impacts in various spheres of life

The 50th Anniversary Committee is thrilled to invite you to a nostalgic and joyous three day packed events from 18th October 2024 to 20th October 2024, where we will come together to honour our shared past, celebrate our present and envision a brighter future for our esteemed institution. These celebrations will not only allow us to reminisce about our school days but also share our excitement as we commission new projects aimed at improving the state of the school and continuing its legacy of excellence.

Our Throwback  celebration will be a delightful  journey down memory lane, featuring events at the school that will evoke cherished memories and create new ones This gathering promises to be a vibrant and fun filled occasion, an incredible opportunity to reconnect with old friends, make new acquaintances, and bridge the gaps between graduates from various years.

We are excited to foster a sense of unity and camaraderie among all alumnae, strengthening our network and building lasting relationships that will support both personal and professional growth. Our aim is to cultivate a stronger alumni community that can contribute to the ongoing success and development of our school.

The celebration includes numerous bonding activities such as bonfire night, games  day and much more. Additionally, there will be opportunities to purchase exclusive merchandise and keepsakes that proudly represent our school, serving as cherished mementos of this special occasion.
